Monthly update – Fall 2023

74th Biennial Conclave

Our Chapter took a late July trip to Charlottesville, Virginia for Kappa Sigma’s 74th Biennial Grand Conclave. 23 of our brothers who attended represented Theta-Zeta by bringing home the Grand Conclave Cup, our 30th Founder’s Award of Chapter Excellence, and our 21st Founder’s Circle Award.

Rush

The Theta-Zeta Chapter is proud to welcome our newest pledge class of 46 young men. As they have already begun their pledging period, we are more than ecstatic for their journey to greatness.

Ritual Certificates

Before the semester even started, Aidan Garcia and Tyler Betts became Masters of the Ritual. They continue to grow Theta-Zeta’s number and exemplify what a Kappa Sigma is.

Set your Reminders!

We have one event coming up soon.

The Theta-Zeta Chapter will host its 61st Homecoming Celebration during the ENMU Homecoming from October 19-21! If you have any questions contact Colton Stewart (575) 491-1042 or email Colton.stewart@enmu.edu or review our Homecoming event page.

Rush

The Theta-Zeta Chapter is proud to welcome our newest pledge class of 52 young men. They are excited to begin Pledge Education this weekend, and we look forward to initiating as many of these men as possible.

Kappa Sigma Sing Along

We recently acquired one of the original Kappa Sigma Sing Along vinyl records, and wish to thank Riley Daggett and Gene Gutierrez for bringing this album to the website, which you can find at thetazeta.org/songs, along with more information about The Easterners who recorded it.

Website updates

In preparation for the 60th Homecoming Celebration, we have updated the Memories page with a new way to view the images and higher-resolution Composites throughout the years. Keep an eye out for missing years to be added if we’re able to locate and digitize them! Don’t forget you can always submit new pictures to include in these categories, or if you have a whole event album, we’d love to add them! Please email webmaster@thetazeta.org with as much information as you would like. Captions below pictures are not necessary, but we would like to add as much information as you provide.
